Check out http://www.bikehike.co.uk/. This allows you to plot routes on an OS map, calculate distances, calculate elevation gains/losses, see profile etc. If you go to their "Course Creator" tab and then click "find a route" and then enter "SDWR" as a route name you can see those entered so far.
